NOURISH Home Visit

Service Description

This 4 hour, in-home session supports your ability to nourish and be nourished. You will be offered: - Thermos of calming herbal tea and homemade snack - Guided meditation or embodied practice - Choose up to 3 meals + 1 snack or dessert for me to prepare for you from among the seasonal menu options (which will be emailed to you upon booking), or hand over your favorite recipes! - You can choose to stock the ingredients for me to prepare your meals of choice or ask me to shop for you and reimburse me for the cost of food and an errand fee
