Service Description

This 3 hour in-home session supports your ability to rest. You will be offered: - Thermos of calming herbal tea and homemade snack - Guided meditation or embodied practice - Container inviting you to explore and express your inner landscape - One body care practice of your choice (herbal bath, oil massage, or vaginal steam) - Baby care, meal prep, or light cleaning while you rest in whatever way you need most
